Dawn Ford
Dawn is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University. After working for several years in
Surgical Intensive Care, Dawn began her career in plastic surgery, assisting with both aesthetic and reconstructive aspects of surgical nursing care.
Dawn has received extensive training in neuromodulators, including Botox, as well as dermal fillers such as Juvederm. Her up-to-date education, combined with years of injection experience, ensures safe, natural-looking results. She applies a thorough understanding of the aging process to guide facial rejuvenation strategies, product selection, and precise injection techniques.
“I fell in love with aesthetic injections over ten years ago. Using my scientific knowledge of anatomy and aging, I educate clients and create an individual plan of care. My background in surgical and non-surgical procedures will assist you in making the best decision for the outcome you desire.
My favorite part about being a Nurse Injector is using science combined with an artistic eye to provide great results. My goal is to educate my clients and develop a trusting relationship so that clients feel at ease here at Elite Plastic Surgery.”

Deborah joined Elite and our Esthetic department in June of 2022, with over a decade of experience in skin care an
d wellness. Her own personal journey to understand skin, how it grows and what ingredients are necessary to achieve your healthiest skin is her passion! As a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician she will work with you to develop a practical and effective plan to correct, improve and protect your most beautiful skin!
