Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

Exercise and diet regimens often fail to provide the flat stomach so important to a physically fit appearance. This procedure firms and smoothes the abdomen by removing excess skin and fat, and tightening abdominal wall muscles. An incision is made just above the pubic area. The amount of skin to be removed dictates the length of the incision. Liposuction may also be used to help remove fatty tissues.

If you're considering abdominoplasty, the following information will provide you with a good introduction to the procedure.
